Unable to generate partner wsdl

Hi team,
I am unable to generate partner wsdl, everytime i click on the link it asks me to enter the login credentials, sson then it again redirects me to the same login page. 
I am using the trial edition, is that the reason im unable to access?

What org type does your Trial edition org have?

Since you want the Partner API WSDL you may find it easier to do so from a free Developer edition org (https://developer.salesforce.com/signup). The Partner WSDL is common to all orgs, so it doesn't matter where you generate it from.

As per the instruction I logged in to developer console and searched for generate partner wsdl, but what i could see there is only the documentation related to generate wsdl and not the wsdl file which is already exsiting is salesforce and which could be consumed

could you please let me know the steps to get the partner wsdl file..

I suspect your browser is rendering the resulting WSDL documentation elements. Try viewing the source of the page or saving the WSDL target directly to disk.

I have the same problem. As soon as I click the linkGenerate Partner WSDL  https://eu4.salesforce.com/soap/wsdl.jsp it redirects me to a login page. I have a normal paid version of SalesForce.

Setup > Develop > Api > Download Partner WSDL

Hi, I'm also having the same issue. I have the executive license for salesforce but am unable to access and WSDL files.
