Hi,
iam wondering and searching which Profile do do you must ahve to create a API? Can only SysAdmins CREATE APIs or any user with some given permissions?
Any Idea i cant find an answer in SF documentation.

By "Create API" I'm assuming you mean write / deploy Apex code that is an API? If so, yes. Only System Administrators can create a Sandbox, write the code and then deploy that code to a production instance. If this is not what you are asking, please expand upon your request.
