error message when trying to email via silverpop and sf: web service callout failed: unable to find field for type info private list <string>class_ type_ info
That error message can be displayed for a few different reasons.
1. If you don't have an email opt link included in the Engage email template.
2. If you schedule two SFDC campaigns for the same time with the same template or recipient. The first campaign sends successfully, the second campaign errors.
3. If the silverpop ID on the record is invalid (ex: contains invalid characters...was edited by the client).
4. From/Reply To that defaults into the Send Silverpop Email wizard (SFDC User's email) isn't consistent with the Sending domain setup inside Engage
