Regarding Endpoint Urls

Hi,

  any one let me know how we will pass passord fileds(Text Encryptd) in Endpoint url and what is procedure

The user that you are connecting to the API as will need a Profile with the "View Encrypted Data" permission that appears under the "General User permissions" section.
