If you are using a Windows computer, usually just Shift-PrtSc on your keyboard. On an iPad, it is a two-button combo that may be dependent on your configuration. You can also use software on your computer like Adobe Captivate.
On a Mac? command-shift-3

on keyboard select: Print Screen button, then go to the application you are wanting to place the image into (for example, Microsoft Word) and on your keyboard, select ctrl-v. Old post maybe you have solved it many years ago : )
