How to deploy app with package and than just deploy updates?Original app stay with data,and we just install new updates... Can we do that ?

Are you asking about an app from the AppExchange?  Is it a managed package or an unmanaged package?  Is it an upgrade to a previous version?  Have you contacted the developer / company to see if there were any schema changes between the two versions?

Sorry you are write,i didnt write nothing. I want to deploy app from na24 to na34 for testing. I want to deploy current version and when tester said to me somethings wrong to edit that bag,but to dont have to delete old version to install new,like beta. I want just to upgrade old version to save data.

If you are writing a managed package then you can just release a new version of the package, give them a link and it will upgrade the package without removing any of the objects.
