Integration between two salesforce orgs

How to integrate salesforce with salesforce using SOAP approach..??? Please help me step by step procedure

I could be able to guide you. On Integrating two Salesforce orgs using SOAP. 
So have you created and webservice that you would be exposing to the second org that would be consuming the service?
