Lead Convert Screen Edit

Where is to edit the lead conversion layout?

Hi Mahendra,

I would recommend you to create a new button in Lead.
Behavior should be Display in Window (New/Existing whatever)
Choose content source as URL.

Enter this as URL: 
/lead/leadconvert.jsp?retURL=%2F{!Lead.Id}&id={!Lead.Id}&nooppti=1
Now Add the Button to Lead Layout.

Hi Mahendra,
There is no Page layout can be edited for lead conversion.
You can vote for this Idea:

I dont want to create opportunity. everytime has to click the checkbox.

Any way to remove.?

You can remove the option to create an Opportunity by going to Setup > Lead Settings > setting the 'Hide Opportunity Section of Convert Lead Windown' field to true.
