Happy Holidays- Mass email all Users ---ADMIN

Hello World  Solo Admin here, looking for some help in finding some free templates I can possibly use to mass email all of my users Happy Holidays. If you could point me to any resources that have the templates that would be great or some code. Thanks!

If you don't mind minimal expense (<$10 USD), you can pick up a holiday email template from Theme Forest (http://themeforest.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=holiday&view=list&category=marketing%2Femail-templates" target="_blank). I find their minimal expense has been worth the trade off of scouring for something free that is of the same quality.
