Post to chatter
Click the + Add Action button.
For Action Type, select Post to Chatter.
Enter Post to Chatter as the Action Name.
For Post to, select This Record.
"This Record" value is not availalbe in pick list.

Looks like you are trying to create Process Builder and post to record for which Chatter feed tracking is disabled.
(In Salesforce Classic)Go to Setup --> Customize --> Feed Tracking find object that you want to post to and select "Enable Feed Tracking".
Then go back to your Process Builder and you will see This Record in pick list.
