Apex Class Size.

We have a very weird scenario in our production and sandbox org.
Some of the APEX classes that were deployed from sandbox to production now display different SIZE - Size without Comments.

For example one APEX class was moved by the previous salesforce administrator and the SIZE in UAT shows 3,780 and in production it shows 3675.

There is no way we can edit the classes directly in production right? Not even using Developer console or eclipse. So is it possible that some changes were made to the UAT for this APEX class and that never was moved over.

Thoughts?

It's very likely that it was modified and not moved over.  Have you downloaded the class files from production and compared them to the files from your sandbox?
