Workflow Rule: Field Update Needed
Hello,
I have tried multiple combinations of workflow rules but with no success. Completely stumped as to how to write this out.
Here is what I am trying to do:
If the case owner user profile contains "NCS" OR case owner queue contains "NCS"
AND if the case owner is changed to user profile contains "CARE" OR case owner queue contains "CARE"
Update the case record type to CARE.
Any help is greately appreciated.
