Unavailable value in picklist

Hi,
I have a picklist with 5 values and i want to turn one of them to unavailable (imposible to choose) for all users
how can i do it?

Hello Dikla,

If you want a value of a picklist to be unavailable to all the users, then create a recordtype and don't add that value to the picklist field and assign this recordtype to all your users.

I have one more question - I'm using a Developer Edition - for 30 days.... under my name there is no setup option.
Can you help me with that? guide me?

HI Dikla,

Why you are using the 30daystrailpack  developer Edition instead of that you can use the Unlimited developer edition.

Sign Up through  :  https://developer.salesforce.com/

if you signup through the login.salesforce.com you can use the Org only the 30 days.
