Transfer trailhead badges from my private account to my new salesforce account?
Dear community,
I'm a new hire and started at salesforce last week. I've (before) already did some trails and earned some badges with a different account. Is it possible to transfer the existing badges of my old account to my salesforce account?

No , You can't transfer this . But if you want then you can add your old badges to Linkedin profile. You can use developer org for trailhead mosules , so it will carry forward all badges with your job :)
