I don't know of a way that you can do this. I'm assuming you are talking about a developer or trialforce org and not a sandbox. You will just need to create a new org with a different username. The username do not have to be valid email addresses, they just have to be in the format of a valid email address. Personally I prefer to say "username+sandboxidentifier@domain.com" this makes it easier to track which org is which.
