Pre populating the PLU Based on the Fundlist value in Opportunties

Hi All,

Can anyone help me on this 

From the opportunities page when we select a fundlist value how to prepopulate the plu's based on the selected fundlist

I assume this two fields are picklist,if so you could use Dependent Picklist or let know about the requirement with more detail,check the link for more details.
