Error:Unknown property 'customref.Account'

Hi everyone,
    I am getting error  " Unknown property 'customref.Account' " in  VisualForce Page. Please review the code.
Let me know where i did mistake.

 The Input industry field ,i want from an account picklist. you mentioned as  a textbox.
