Yesterday I completed a module and got an e-mail confirming it (the sweatshirt carrot e-mail) but logging in this morning shows the module incomplete - in fact all of the units I completed yesterday are marked as to-be-done. Known issue?
Do you have multiple Salesforce logins? If so, you may want to try the other login(s).
