Force.com - App Subscription License

Hi Everyone,

We are using Force.com - App Subscription User License of Salesforce. Everything is working but somehow I can't see Case Tab. In the document nothing is mentioned related to Case Tab.

The strange thing is when I logged in as Force.com - App Subscription user case object is visible but tab is not. Any idea why this is happening?Infact I can see email to case too. If case object is not allowed in this license then email to case feature should not be there. Any help will be really appreciated.

Perhaps Cases hasn't been assigned a Tab? 

Go to Setup>
Type in "Tabs" in Quick Search>
Click "New">
Is Cases an option in the picklist?

Hey Jon, thanks for the reply. Case is assigned as a tab as a system admin I can see but when I logged in as Force.com Subscrpition there is no tab and there is no option to create Tab (I believe Salesforce show Standard object tabs automatically?). The strange thing is in the force.com subscription profile I can't see permission rights for case object. however  case object is visible when I go from Setup. Thanks

Hi Rajiv, did you ever get this resolved? I have some force.com - app subscription users and I've assigned them the CRM Permissions Set Licence but then it won't allow me to assign case permissions through a permissions set. Cheers
