Deployment in Free DE org

Hi all,
        I want to practice deployment using sandboxes for my Developer I certification. Is there any way I can do that in my free developer org? (I don't have sandboxes)

As per my knowledge, there is no way to do this in Dev org.

Nope, as far as ur dev org is not connected with Main Prod org, You can't use changesets or any kind of deployment features. You should have other sandboxes or other dev orgs or main Production org to have that features enabled by salesforce.

And Sandboxes are not available for free. am I correct?

is it possible to deploy from one dev org to another dev org(both are free ones) ? If yes, then by what means?

Sandboxes are not free - they are paid. Nope u cant deploy from one dev org to another org. Not until they are interconnected with a prod org.
