Controlling Report Tab access

Hello,

I would like to have a feature to control who have access to click on Report Tab. Ideally those user without the access should not even see the Salesforce Report Tab.

My use case is that everyone should be able to view all custom object's records, but only management has access to the Report Tab.

Create two profile one for management and another for other users then on other users profile make report tab default off in tab settings. And for management profile default on on report tab.
Try it and make sure if it will work then mark as a best answer because it will help other user also.
