No New button for Authentication Settings for External Systems

I don't have the "New" button under the "Authentication Settings for External Systems" setting in my developer edition. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi Dragon,

First and foremost sincerely regret delayed reply.

Have you set up any external data source to setup the external authentication? First you need to setup external data source to which you will be connecting and then you can select that external data source to assign authentication.

Just create test external data source with any URL and then come to external authentication page and you will see New button.
