Encrypt fields - can't get "tenant secret"
I'm trying to encrypt SSN & Bank Account fields. When I go to Platform Encryption, I see this:
OK, fine. So I go to Certificate and Key Management, and tried both generating a new Master Encryption Key and even a Certificate (just in case).
NOTHING. I still get the same issue on the Platform Encryption page. What gives??

Best Answer chosen by Ken StantonSolved - I had to create a Permission Set that had the Manage Encryption Keys checked and assign it to myself. Seems rather absurd, given that I'm Sys Admin...
