Why isn't it possible to change the relationship from master-detail to lookup in enterprise edition?And why is it possible in develor edition?

Hi Abhishek

You can convert a master-detail relationship to a lookup relationship as long as no roll-up summary fields exist on the master object.( In both Editions )
