Can any one help me for this error?

I have Deleted my Salesforce Authentication in Mobile then it's effected to My salesforce org, My Salesforce org is Not Opening.

Hi Mahesh,

As per Salesforce, the system limits the number of messages sent for a single user to five per hour. Once the hour is up you will wait some time and try again.
The issue still persists (it is a developer account) could you please share your DE username. So that I will look into the login issue.

Please click on the use a different method link and follow the steps. You should get an option for email verification. Hope it helps.

You could login using a different user if you have created one in your org.

Fortunately i had created two administrator user account in my org. I don't think i would be able to recover my org if this wasn't the case.
