Not able to create app

Hi Folks,

I am very new to salesforce I am trying to create my first Recruting app from the book force_com_platform_fundamentals.pdf available on the website but unfortunately I couldn't find this screen:
Setup ares


I am trying to find this here:
Lightening website


Since both UIs are different I think I am trying to fing it at wrong place. Please let me know the exact URL to get the first screen. Also let me know do I need to purchase any salesforce edition to create the app.

Hi Neetu,

Follow the below steps and then you are back to the classic salesforce

1 First you need to click the setup home

2 Type lightening expe.. in the search box and click the "Lightening Experience"

3. scroll to the bottom of the page and disable the lightening experience then refresh your browser. you are now backto the Salesforce classic page.
