Flow Loops - assign a value on a record to another field in a loop

Hi,
I am trying to assign a value in a field to another field in a flow loop but not having much success.
what i have is a UserID stored on each record in a text field which i want to assign to the OwnerID field, so as you can imagine, every record could be different.
at the moment i have a pretty standard loop like below, any idea on how i could do this? any help is huch appreciated

I managed to figure out partly to your help, i had a second flow clashing with this one although they were both trying to put he same value in the field

Does the sobject variable or collection include the Id of the records you want to update? In other words are you storing the ID in the fast lookup portion of this flow? In the bottom portion of the fast update info it states that this value must be stored.
