Non technical question. Regarding Accounts in SF communities

When I log into the Developer Community it is a different account than what I have in the Success Community, even though the login credentials are the same. Any way to resolve this? Thanks

Hi Greg McAteer,

Once you are logged into developer community, then same credentials will be used for success community too until and unless you log out developer community.

You are missing the point. The account that shows up under Success Community is the one I've had for 7 years. And it reflects my name correctly, etc. But if I go into the Developer Community, it switches accounts. This is not correct.
