Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong

There is something wrong on challenge on Getting Started with Accounts and Contacts module.

I did everything right and this error continuous appearing.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  The 'Smith Enterprises' account record could not be found or it does not have the correct values for the 'Type' and 'Industry' fields

Please look.. Everything looks right! I don't know why this error continues to appear.

I'm using the trial account to test and learn more about the Salesforce. 

I needed to create a developer account to.

I have similar issue. But, a different message:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: VGYVJYJM

I deleted all record types on the object and it worked.
