Create a Self-Registration Page - Not A Member link not displaying

I'm trying to create a Self-Registration page.  When I follow the Trailhead instructions I do not get the Not A Member? link on my reg page (incognito).  Is this a known issue?  I see in the Forms a few others having the same problem but no resolution.  Thanks.

Are you sure the "Allow external users to self-register" settings are saving correctly? I was getting an error when I tried to save that I didn't immediately notice which had to do with SAML being enabled from a previous Trailhead unit. Disabling SAML allowed me to save the settings (you should see a green success message at the top of the page).

I had the same problem as Jim...Rosalle's suggestion (i.e. disabling SAML) helped me resolve this issue. Thanks.
From Setup:
Security Controls/ Single Sign-on Setting
- In the Federated Single Sign-On Using SAML section, if SAML Enabled has a check mark beside it then click on the  Edit button.
- Uncheck box and click Save Button

This should resolve the issue.
