Cases should not be created using email to case when email is sent to support group in CC
Right now cases are getting created when email are sent to support group copied in CC but we won't want to create cases for cced emails .Please suggest

We dont want to disable email to case .We want to create a case when an email to our support when clients mentioned support email in "To" but my business does not want to create a case when clients has sent email to our support group in CC/BCC.
