Sudden Full Sandbox horrible performance

Sudden Full Sandbox horrible performance, it takes up to 5 minutes to move from object to object.
Cleared cache and tried different browser and different computer. If I "refresh" the sandbox, will I loose all the work I've done? 
Is there anything else I can try?

Oddly enough, I can remote into a remote computer and it works beautifully from there... same ISP

Sounds like a network issue. Have you tried gathering ping and traceroute information from you to Salesforce?
