Is Account.net_Id__pc case sensitive? can this be changed?

Is    Account.net_Id__pc   case sensitive? can this be changed to be case insensitive?

Hello Jose, 

Yes it can be changed to case Sensitive Field. While creating Custom field follow the step to make field as case sensitive. 
 or chnaging existing field follow  Setup->Customize->Account->net_Id__pc->Edit

net_Id__pc is not standard field, its custom field created in your org. You can able to check whether the field is case sensitive or not by going to Setup->Customize->Account->net_Id__pc
