Hubspot and Identity Connect

Hi,

A customer of mine wants to use Hubspot with their Salesforce. Usually this wont be of any problem, Hubspot have their own intergration already created for Salesforce, just post credentials and go.
But they are using Identity Connect to manage their users from thei AD.
Hubspot dosnt support any SSO:s.

Anyone know how to make some kind of "workaround" or make "exceptions" to Id. Connect?

Hello Teodor,

Currently Hubspot not supported for SSO.  while doing the Sync  just follow the steps without using SSO from Salesforce side.

You have single-sign on or two-factor authentication enabled in Salesforce: You must temporarily disable these features in Salesforce for the Reset My Security Token functionality to appear.

Connect the hubspot with user name and password  with security token. and do the sync. after finished you sync make sure SSO has been enabled in you Org.

so if you have any spacific user trying to connect hubspot,  temporarily disable SSO for them.

NOTE:

According to the docs, when you disable SSO for a user, their password will revert to the password they used before SSO was enabled.  If you need to reset passwords, you can do it from the Manage Users page by selecting some/all of your Users and clicking the Reset Password button just once.

Hope it will help you to solve your problem.

Thanks
Karthik
