In App Live Chat Capabilities

I would like to know if it’s possible to implement an in-app live chat into our app (Platform: Ember.JS and Ruby on Rails).

If this is possible- can you provide documentation on how to implement this into any app?

Hi Tim,

Salesforce provide the Live agent APIs to setup live agent with other system also.

You can do 1 thing  embeded the live agent button code in you app whenever user will click it will open an in new browser.
