How to delete the records through dataloader?

I have 11000 records in one object,i want to delete 1000 records from those because of wrong phn numbers, without affecting to remaining how it is possible through dataloader only?

Srinivas - Deletion of data primarily depends only on the Id of the records present in the csv file that you provide and the object. Please make sure that you have the ids of the records that you want to delete, specified in the csv file that you provide.
