Oauth_app_blocked invalid session security level

Hi. I'm having problems with login to salesforce 1. Keep getting this 'Oauth_app_blocked invalid session security level' error message.

Please have a look at the below link. Salesforce Help Connected App must be unlocked. You might need to take help from a salesforce administrator to resolve this issue.
