Milestone tracker not displaying at Case record in service console

I am not getting milestone tracker at case level in service console.

I have valid criteria for Milestones in active Entitlement process( Case Status equals New), Gave permission to Entitlement object at profile level,
gave field level security "Visible" to Entitlement Name field and also added it to case feed page layout. Gone each and every documentation and repeated whole steps, but not able to success in this. Any help on this would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

I ran into the same situation.

Going though the initial setup should add an "Entitlement Name" field to case.

Via Entitlement Management Implementation Guide (; (page 11 in the initial setup)

2. Add the Entitlement Name  lookup field to case page layouts. This lets users add entitlements to cases.
a. From Setup, click Customize > Cases.
b. Select Page Layouts and click Edit next to the page layout you want to customize.
c. Add the Entitlement Name field.
d.Click Save.
