User Authentication - Securing Your Users' Identity - Trailhead

The challenge check is not correct. It is looking for permission set with label "Trailhead" but the tutorial asks to name it as
"Label the permission “2fa Auth for User Logins”."
Even after renaming the permission to Trailhead it did not pass

You seem to have copied the Step 3. It clearly says in the Challenge to name the permission set as Trailhead.

Here are a few things you may want to look into:
1. Did you add the permission set to a user?
2. Did you login as that user successfully?
