Unable to find Workflow and Approvals

Hello,

I'm using a developer edition and I don't find Workflow and Approvals in my setup. I just see Workflow and under it "Flows" , "Tasks" , "Email Alerts".
Could you please help me find it.

  • From Setup, enter Approval Processes in the Quick Find box, then select Approval Processes.
  • Choose the object for the new approval process.
  • Click Create New Approval Process and choose one of the wizards. Not sure which one to use? Check out Choose the Right Wizard to Help You Create an Approval Process.

Hi Soumya,

To create approval processes:“Customize Application” Permission is needed.
What is the profile you have?
It seems that your profile doesnt have that permission.

My profile is "System Administrator". I don't see Customize Application

Set Up> Manage Users> profile.
Find your profile name & Edit.
Under Administrative Permissions section, Customize Application permission is there

Thank you Dutta... I could find Customize Application and it is already enabled. What can I do now ?

If you have that permission and you are using Developer Edition, I dont find any reason of not showing Approval Process option.

I am too facing the same issue with Developer Edition. I am unbale to see "Approval Process" in quick Find Box.
