Please try to raise case in salesforce or try after some time

These locking issues often seem random and seem to be burried in a black box.. Good luck raising a case if you're not paying extra $$ for premier support. Personally I have never been able to fix these and they just magically solve themselves.. I know not a good answer but that has been my experience.
