Facing trouble to pass the Challenge in Trailhead...

Hi All,
   In the Trailhead,
                   Process Automation Module,
                   Unit No 5.Customize How Records Get Approved with Approvals

I am unable to complete this challenge,I added Picklist values to Type field in the Account.Can anyone Suggest me where I am wrong..

Hi Jyothsna, are you getting a generic error that says "Something" is wrong. Try again later?

If so, I just got that error today at TrailHeaDX and one of the developers was there to witness it. I think a ticket has been logged. It had nothing to do with the actual Approval workflow. Yours looks okay to me. So that is what I think is going on.

I expect we will have to wait for them to fix this bug before we can get our badge. You could also try to do this in a new DE org. Because I've now tried to submit this on three different computers and two different networks, and since it must be working for most people, it might be some glitch with our DE orgs.

      I will try this challenge with another DE.

   Thanks for your reply, with my apporval process I checked with Account records, it is working fine, when coming to challenge I  got Error like below.
   Error  : Looks like something went wrong, please try again later.

 Anyway I will try with another DE as suggested by dbruce.

No need to try again it a bug in this module which is fixed by salesforce. Please track below post for same issue. Salesforce is working to fix this issue
