How to delete a salesforce account please advise

Hi Jaysree,

Unfortunately, the developer accounts once created can't be deleted. If you want to create a new account with the same username first change existing account username and use this username for a new account.

Developer orgs continue to be available as long as they have some type of activity within the previous six months else they get deactivated.
