Create a Guest Administrator and deactivate it - I keep failing

I keep failing the challenge
"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: An inactive user with 'guestadmin' in the username was not found. Make sure that the user is inactive and that the Username includes the 'guestadmin' string"

Here are my users

And here is my guestadmin test user and no I don't have any mention of guest user in Test Nicky

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure your UserName should contain guestAdmin like below

Just using "Freeze' button will not work. Have to Edit the user and untick 'Active'

Pessoal, tive o mesmo problema, no entanto, consegui concluir o exercício com os seguintes dados: 

FirstName = guestadmin
LastName = guestadmin
Alias = guest
Email = guestadmin1234@gmail.com
Username = celioxavierr@gmail.com.guestadmin
NichName = User15961609837111158279
