Primary Contacts Email Address on Account

Hi , 

I need to get the primary contacts email address on Account. I need this throught configuration. Is it possible ?

Can you elaborate more please where you want to get the primary contacts email address on Account?

One of the way is by creating workflow rule, create action as update field.

Create a process builder on Contact, check if the contact is Primary then add an Update Record action to update related Account and populate the Primary Contact email address on related Account.

Hi ,

On Account we have Contact Roles Related List. Now when we add a contact role of Type Technical Buyer, we need to update its email address on Account.

Hi Pallavi,

Create a workflow to update account primary email address.

Create a workflow on Contact.
Criteria :
contact role of Type equals Technical Buyer

Action :
Update field

Use a formula to set the new value.

and Activate workflow.
