I want add by default Discount value In apex class

Fields:
Custom fields:
Fee1(currency)           Fee1+Fee2
Fee2(currency)
Total_Amount
Disc(pecantage)
when ever enter the fee1+fee2 values autometically add the Discount ex:2%
please write the program
