DocuSign for Salesforce - Enable Merge Fields

Does anyone know how to enable merge fields in DocuSign for Salesforce? I can't seem to find the setting and the "Link to Salesforce" option is not available when I create custom tabs in DocuSign.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
