Send an Email button not Visible on Case Feed Page

Hi,

I have added the Send an Email button in the Salesforce  Publisher but yet it is not showing in the list of actions on the Case Feed View.

As you can see above the button Send Email is missing despite of adding it on the Publisher Layout.

Please Help.

Go to the user's profile and check if they have the "Send Email" permission checked.  Also, just make sure the Send Email isn't a custom button (yes, you would be surprised but it's happened before).  If it is a custom button, then the profile will also need access to any associated VF page.

Hi James,

The User's Profile has Send Email permission checked.
One correction, it is not a button, it is a standard Salesforce Quick Action.My Bad.
