Help in sending email alert using process builder

I want to send an email alert to create a pdf of the invoice when enddate of the milestone is reached(milestone and invoice has lookup relation).
I am using professional edition so this can be done using process builder. but my process builder is not working properly..can anyone provide me with some solution for this??
Do we have Any alternate solution to do it??

Hi Nikita,
There are two points that you may like to recheck.
1: The Process Builder is Activated
2: The criteria specified in the process builder are being met.

Please find a document (with screen shots) where you can see the sample of how email can be sent using process builder.

If you have craeted these Processes in you sandbox then make sure to check Email Deliveribility to all Emails

                      I am trying to do it as per the document but though i have created an email alert it is not available to choose as an email alert.

Craete an email alert on milestone object, then create a seperate Process on milestone then use email alert
