backing up visual force pages

I need to refresh my sandbox and I want to backup my salesforce pages. Can you please tell me how to proceed using Eclipse and force.com? Is this possible?

Thanks

Hi Jose,
Before Refresh, use your Eclipse IDE to take backup of your Visualforce page.I am expecting you are having hands on using Eclipse IDE for force.com projects.

Let me know if you need any help.

Cheers,
Dhriti

If you're using eclipse - navigate to the folder where the Workspaces are.  There should a folder called the same name as your project.  You can copy that entire folder.  Or, you can just leave it, and create a new project.
